Explain origin of life.
Genesis claims that God created a man, an adult man, who could survive.

Non believers skip over this subject, and sound foolish doing so.

Please don't just bypass origin of life, and skip straight to Darwin.

Why don’t you have crack at explaining it first then?

That's easy.
The creation story of Adam seems plausible.

The first barrier to consider is if one believes in a Creator.

The chicken or the egg question is actually important.
Only a full grown chicken has the chance to survive, the egg is doomed.

That's why, origin of life must begin with an adult.

I don't expect to hear from atheists on this thread. They love to talk about evolution, but skip over this part.

I think an accurate answer is that we do not know.

No atheist is interested.
Gee......I wonder why.

If ~ like me ~ you believe that the accurate answer is that we do not know, then what is it you want people who don't subscribe to ancient Hebrew beliefs to say?

Do you believe that your personal subjective assertion that "the creation story of Adam seems plausible" creates any onus, philosophically speaking, on other people to agree with you or to propose some alternative that seems even more "plausible" to you?

This was explained to you in another thread.

Evolution does not explain how life got started and does not propose to explain how life got started. Evolution explains speciation.

A plausible explanation how life got started is the subject of bio-chemistry, not evolution.

Take it to Science.

It isn't that they don't know, they just don't care to admit it, and if they ponder to long they would have to because something out of nothing isn't something that happens. 😁
