Apparently some of the guys scrabbling in the weeds in Debates do not completely grasp the existential portent of my questions, therefore (with apologies) I repost this here:

Saw a couple of flyers about this downtown, but the info was vague.

Does it mean we need to resist some "overmind" along with everything else going on these days, or does it mean there are resistance groups forming an overmind in the overworld?

On a practical, everyday level: is it still safe to meditate?

Are the higher realms and the Sublime being politicized?

Difficult to grasp what it could mean to the writers, but if "overmind" is kin to a
meta-narrative that could mean their stance against some controlling influence.
Some hate that, so even consensus among others is resisted because that leads
to a narrative higher than the individual personal narrative. So they resist that and
keep fighting against anything that suggests common standards, goals, or truth in
favor for a divided populace, the less consensus the better.

You had to squeeze the turnip pretty darned hard to get that meaning out of what was essentially meaningless psychobabble.
