Doesn't the Bible say not to touch a woman during her monthly time of un-cleanliness? How are they supposed to go 30 days straight with that?

What studies, which habits? If I do heroine for thirty days, yeah, I'll develop a habit, if I lick the soles of my shoes every eveining for thirty days I probably won't. It really depends on your spouse.
