Feel free to check your sentences before you post, oh and there's this little thing called grammar - full stops, commas and such - which adds so much to the written word, like making it understandable.

Should be obvious to all .. howards punishment is ongoing 24/7/365.
He has to be howard his entire life .. and THAT would be hell.
That's one bitter man, swallowing his own bile on a daily basis.
Think about it .. would you want to be howard, with that attitude on life?
