Perhaps it is not "perfect." Forgive me for waxing poetic. However, the axial tilt of the earth is definitely in the ideal zone for human life on earth.
Do you have any figures on that or are you just guessing? How much difference in tilt would make the earth freeze and how much tilt the other way would make the earth too hot?
And are you claiming that the current tilt of the earth the best tilt for the most uniform surface temperature? I simply don't believe you. Can you back it up with any references?
And don't for get that life in general survives in some very extreme environments on earth and so do humans. Also the fact that you picked out humans in particular shows that you are falling for the illusion hook line and sinker.

The word "natural" means "of or relating to nature." Certainly in nature, living things eventually die.

Yes, in the nature we are currently in everything in our life times die.
I don't believe that was the way it is supposed to be.
