According to the Bible and especially the scripture at 2 Cor 11:14 it says Satan can transform himself into an "angel of light" and this would no doubt apply to his followers the demons also.
Since they are able to show themselves as light or having truth, how would ones recognize this if it were presented to them and to know it was not indeed the truth of the Bible and of course God inspired?
Once you have been able to detect beteween your primary thoughts and all the jumble that comes after, you will have no problems in distinguishing your true path from .... the many,many alternatives
