From what I have seen of the work of the so called scientists who support the young earth idea they are not following proper scientific methods. They are just trying to force the evidence to fit the biblical text. That's not science.
Well, they say the same of your evil-lution scientists. So I guesss its a wash, unless there is a scientific breakthrough soon or Christ returns in His glory. 😏

I doubt a return of christ is imminent. As I said, this god character is unusually reticent compared to the gods of old. Zeus was constantly molesting maidens in some guise or another but your god hasn't put in a personal appearance since Noah was but a lad.

You apparently forget what happened at the time of Jesus. Or have you not heard that God raised Jesus from the dead upon the completion of 3 days and 3 nights in a borrowed tomb. He no longer needed His expensive burial cloths and left them behind with His image on them for all His faithful to see if they wished. Man is without excuse for unbelief during our time because we are spreading the word over the whole world.

considering god doesnt like to leave physical evidence, it would seem rather illogical and contradictory for him to start leaving magic faces in cloths to prove his existence.

Well, you might as well say what you are really getting at. That of course would be that it would be illogical and contradictory for God to have created anything physical and leave the evidence so His creation could see it. What a stupid God that must be, huh? 😏

no, i meant what i said.

god wants you to 'take a leap of faith' he doesnt want to prove his existence to make you believe. leaving magical artifacts contradicts this.

So you are just not willing to take that leap of faith, right? 😏

even if i took a leap of faith and accepted that god exists. i would still think he's mass murdering, immoral, dictator.

So is there a chance you could change your mind?

What good is proof to someone who keeps his head up his arse and refuses to look and listen? 😏

As always it comes down to the definition of " proof " . Your proof is one book and personal feelings ,many others require more.

Be serious now. If I told you someone other than Jesus, and someone not mentioned in the Bible or any of your religious books had been resurrected from the dead, would you accept as a reasonable argument for the validity of my claim the same argument given by the person you reference? Can you give an honest answer?
