If this actually were a Spirituality forum instead of seemingly a Christianity-specific forum, what sort of topics would be discussed?
There is a thread of Buddhist wisdom which proceeds quite uninterrupted.
I personally allow other faiths to be discussed without always participating.
I believe that I asked for Moslem posters.
We had threads on meditation,
I believe we've had a thread or two on some aspect of Zen.
I recall a thread or more discussing Tao.
I believe someone wrote about Zoroastrianism recently.
Dasa was quite strong to write on Hinduism.
So be careful not to exaggerate your concern for too much Christian participation.
Look back over the pages to see what kinds of threads have been initiated.
You have the floor. What would you like to discuss with like minded people ?
You won't find me try to sabotage your topic.
I may reply something if it really touches my Christian faith in a certain kind of provocative way.
@sonship saidDon't be daft. Dasa was the most clueless and demented Hindu I have ever encountered. He copy-pasted reams of stuff he had little or no understanding of, cited books by complete nutters, advocated the extermination of all adult Muslims, and accused members of this community of being supporters of terrorism. You thought he was "quite strong" on Hinduism, did you?

Some regard you as daft FMF.
I wasn't speaking to the quality but to the subject matter. Dasa wrote on Hinduism among some of the other things you hunted for which you didn't like.
The matter I address is the diversity of subject matter and not what comes up to YOUR standard of quality.
You claiming you thought Dasa was "quite strong" on Hinduism reflects poorly on you and your feigned interest in diversity.
That is besides the point even if it were true. Dasa wrote about Hinduism. That you found it was not up to your standard of what talk about Hinduism SHOULD be is not the issue to me.
I didn't read all his words like I don't read all of yours.
I got the drift with his as I get the general drift with yours.
And I don't think Dasa was the only poster to post things about Hinduism.
Diversity is diversity. And the point is not diversity which FMF smiles upon.
He believed it was OK for Hindu warriors to rape women with impunity as a reward for military service. Was that him being "strong" on Hinduism?
If you want to continue to argue with him, get the moderators to allow him to return or invite him back.
I am not here to argue for him.
My point was that things besides "Disputes over Christian Doctrines" have found expression on this Forum.
