    Interesting, St Matthew's account makes no record of preaching the
    Gospel as 'work.'

    In fact, the account is pretty damn clear: feed the hungry, give drink
    to the thirsty, comfort the afflicted, clothe the naked.

    If you do these things, you are indicating your faith. If you don't do
    these things, you are indicating your lack of faith.

    i have done all 4 of those things, several with homeless people in need of help. still no faith for me though.
