The city of God, New Jerusalem is definitely a city of the dispensing Triune God.

There is no "city of water" in the bible, you just made it up. Like someone before you made up the trinity.

" And I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband." (Rev. 21:2)
"And the Spirit and the bride say, Come!"

No.
I bring to you truth which is not new but is being recovered.
It has been neglected by the saints because of the subtle activity of the enemy of the Christian church.
"It had a great and high wall and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names inscribed, which are the names of the twelve tribes of Israel. (21:12)
On the east three gates, and on the north three gates, and on the south three gates, and on the west three gates." (21:13)
" ... And the street [singular] of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass."
"And the city lies square, and its length is as great as the breadth. And he measured the city with the reed to a length of twelve thousand stadia; the length and the breadth and the height of it are equal." (21:16)

The enemies of Christ are all those who proclaim that they do not need to follow the commandments of Christ and who continue with their sinful lives in spite of professing their belief in Jesus Christ.
By extension these are also enemies of the Body of Christ which are all those who follow Him.
The Christian Church is a man made body of people who are not necessarily of Christ.
"He who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be God to him and he shall be a son to Me." (21:7)

A lake of fire and a city of water.
The fire issues from the throne of God in the book of Daniel.
And the water issues from the same throne of God and of the Lamb in Revelation.
The pours forth from the seat of administration of God.
And the water of life proceeds from the seat of the administration of God.
It seems that whether ...[text shortened]... receives the fire or the water has to do with one's relationship with the adminstration of God.
