I believe sin is willfull disobedience to God's will as presented in His laws in the Holy Bible. So an atheists sins when he violates God's law, whether or not the atheist believes in the existence of God. 😏
So it is not sinful if someone does something say the Quran calls sinful but not the bible?

If that person believes they sin by their inactions or actions they are
sinning, Quran or Bible not required.

What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? May it never be! On the contrary, I would not have come to know sin except through the Law; for I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said, "YOU SHALL NOT COVET." ...So then, the Law is holy, and the commandment is holy and righteous and good.

(Romans 7:7, 12 NASB)

The law of the LORD is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the LORD are true; they are righteous altogether.

(Psalm 19:7-9 NASB)

So a sociopath can never sin? They don't think anything they do is wrong.

But you would gladly step into that role. You already have, actually.

There is God's laws and man's and even the sociopath will do things that
he or she allows for themselves and condemns in others. It is done here
