This is how a debate should work

Bear in mind even it deteriorates at some point. Yet the participants maintain an adequate level of decorum, don't stray to far from the subject and react to what other people have said, instead of repeating their view over and over again.

Granted, there is a moderator, which might be hard to implement in a forum, but still. Can't we all just get along?
