When you slip the obviously loaded word "summarily" into your statements and questions on this matter, what time period and what amount of exposure-to-material in the process of deliberation do you have in mind?

This isn't a definition of the word "summarily" which you chose to use. So you're dodging the question, Grampy Bobby.

Can you be more specific about what "someone who believes in an afterlife" means? For example dasa's idea of the afterlife will be very different from mine.

If you decide to be an atheist or agnostic, it would render your devotional service to the Lord non-existent.

Without performing some type of service towards your beloved Lord, your spiritual roots will dry up and you would become spiritually static.

Never mind.................You shall take birth again and you may have more inclination to surrender your ego 100% to your beloved Lordship, and then enjoy the spiritual benefit........(eg. return home back to Godhead)
