Isn't that argument akin to making un-liftable rocks!? or making black white? or 1 equal to 5, or ...!?
If we start from the premise that an inability to do the impossible doesn't challenge omnipotence in the first place then I see no paradox.
Here are many paradoxes.
If God is all knowing he knows the future therefore he does not have free will as the future is pre ordained.
If he does not have free will he would not give us his creatures free will.
If he then punishes us for what we do he must be a monster.
