No. The Law changes all the time. Gods word does not.
Now you appear to be from a society that holds mans laws in very high regard but Im not from there and I gather neither was Christ and the Apostles. Although the Bible says to respect and obey the laws of man that cannot be a cardinal principle to live by.
One year it might be illegal to drink alcohol and another year it changes. Same with drug use .. the law changes all the time and very soon many drugs will be legal.
Taking drugs has nothing to do with the word of God. Things done in excess which causes you to become addicted and do evil things what is bad.
The Bible has far more instructions against overeating and gluttony and yet many Christians ignore these.
