Why do you have to be really really bad before God puts you in charge of his prison system and lets you loose on the earth? What sin must I commit for God to allow me to come back after death to tempt a few Christians?

Satan is cast away from Gods sight... i cant imagine Hell being a reward...i would think being cast out and away from Gods sight and grace a terrible thing not a reward
