I'm certain that we are in agreement on this -- at least, I am trying
to say what I think you said. 😀

I think so. You're a smart guy. You appreciate the difference, I'm sure.

btw, what does your moniker mean? I tried googleing it, but itjust came back to you.

Are you in favor of the death penalty? Would you send someone to their death based on what in your mind amounts to nothing more than what somebody ...[text shortened]... it would lead to a very strange lifestyle. Do you have a very strange lifestyle?

Where in the whole of everything I said that you get that evidence
presented is meaningless to me?

I was unwilling to take your pop quiz did you have some evidence
that I failed to look at? Now I'd like to point out to you that basically
evidence does not say anything that is up to people. You may have
spin you want to put on evidence, that isn't evidence talking that is
you talking. I have not said anything that I would have thought you
would have disagreed with, unless you believe what you think about
the universe or what I think about universe makes the universe
change to suit our beliefs. I don’t give either of us that much credit.
The universe is what it is; it does not change to suit our beliefs no
matter if our beliefs are faith or logic based.

I'm certainly not asking the universe to change. I'm just trying to explain its propertieslogically.

I know, you tell us what it is and means to fit your views. This does
not mean that you are describing things as they are, only that they
fit what you think for the time being.

Kelly,

You keep returning to this point -- that, simply because the laws
of physics are what they are now, they aren't eternal. It requires
a tremendous amount of skepticism to employ such a framework
and is about as absurd as suggesting that maybe 4000 years ago
gravity made things 'fall upwards.'

Your claim that the physics of the universe 'might have been different'
at some indiscriminate point in the past is not based on any proof
and works in contrast with the observations made and recorded over
time by humankind, especially within the increasingly scientificly aware
community.

If you aren't claiming that the physics of the universe have
changed, then why don't you accept the conclusions about radioactive
isotope dating which are dependent on this very framework?

Chap? I'm a chap now? Whatever.
However, before you start knocking the Bible
think of your children...the ones you want to play chess...
think of how awesome their minds would be if their
faith was in Jesus!
Oh yeah, start with the book of Genesis.
Good luck.
You say that faith in Jesus Christ improves thinking? And You are a christian? Then why is your rating so low?

Then you asked for proof that bible is crap. But can you prove that it is not? Can you prove, that god exists, that everything in The Bible is true? And please don't use cites of The Bible as evidence. I've seen many people do that - looks pathetic. Please tell me your opinion. (Arguments recommended instead of beliefs)

P.s. Sorry, for my english, if you can't understand something, then ask me to restate my questions or opinion or whatever that is. English is not my nativa language.

P.p.s Eh, I'm new to this forum stuff, and so I opened page 30~ and I was sure that it is the last page, so I answered to a post from there. Anyway, an answer would be appreciated.

Don't expect too much from Carson, he's merely a troll, uninterested in debate.

What I'd like to know is did the process of Evolution itself also evolve?

That's sort of like asking, is Newton's First Law also subject to Newton's First Law?
Doesn't really make any sense.

How many times have I covered this. You are translating rate with
time, which of okay if you are looking at a stop watch. You start it,
it runs, you stop it, and the passage of time is there to see. Rate
is only good if you know how long the stop watch was running, if
you don't know all you know is rate not time.
