From what I can gather, "Hell" and "Heaven" were not created but are the "result of circumstances".
One analogy I was offered more or less said that "Heaven" is where you are cutting vegetables with a sharp knife and you DON'T cut yourself.
If you DO, it's like you have sent yourself to "Hell".
This may well have been what Saint Nigel of Dagenham meant when he wrote his much-cited book "Posses Enuntiare Quod Tibi Placet" after 45 years of feeding caged finches in silence at the top of a 10-metre pole in a Greek olive grove.
@lemondrop saidIt is better answered, God is, always was, and will be, He wasn't someplace, He is.
?
@lemondrop saidI would guess that God is a creator of worlds, galaxies, intelligent life all over the universe. God and his angels are in a constant state of creation and building new worlds.

When the bible said that God created the heavens and the earth, I personally take that to mean that he created what we call the Milky Way galaxy at that point. Billions of other galaxies were already in existence at that time. Whether the process took 6 days or 6 million years is irrelevant. The heavens as we see it is all from our own galaxy. We cannot see other galaxies from earth with the naked eye.
Our heavens in the Milky Way. God lives all over the universe.

@secondson saidWell, Isaiah says 'he who lives forever' (without end) which is not the same as saying 'he who existed forever.'
Isaiah 57:15
Eternity.
@ghost-of-a-duke saidSeriously?

@ghost-of-a-duke saidYou think that there was a time that an eternal God was not living? More than one chapter and verse describes God being timeless in that He has always been the same yesterday, today, and forever. You need a list, I thought you studied these things!?
Yes.
