Yes, in this instance, although the Atheists can't differentiate between humans and cockroaches riff is a go-to gimmick used by the would-be deity sonship as well.

I was speaking about if there was nothing after this life and saying if there isn't, then we are no different. You are making that into something else; how pathetic.

No I am not turning it into something different. You suggested that, without your religious beliefs, then we are no different from cockroaches. Well, I certainly don't share your religious beliefs.

So, come on, KellyJay.  Why are humans better than cockroaches?

How do we know?

Come on, KellyJay. I don't believe there is fife after death, so why is it - do you think - that I can tell the difference between cockroaches and human beings? How do you explain it?

If the end makes everything the same what would it matter if at some point you prefer one thing over the other? If the only place that matters is the moment we are in then the past and future are meaningless.

If what is valued only carries it’s value for a moment once the moment passes so to its value.

How is "everything the same"?

Please. What on earth are you talking about? Seriously.

If the only place that matters is the moment we are in then the past and future are meaningless.

Speak for yourself, KellyJay. Maybe your religiosity has damaged you by making you sincerely believe that a life lived without your Christian beliefs renders "the past and future are meaningless".
