I have said ity before here. Doing science depends on a presupposed philsophy which itself cannot be proved by any scientific method.
It must ASSUME that up front - " Our reasoning will lead to truth. "
But what would I say as an alternative to a way of arriving at truth?

I would say that when it comes to ultimate realities circularity cannot be avoided.
And that the Bible tells us - "Because out from Him and through Him and to Him are all things." (Romans 11:36)
Out from Him - all things.
To Him - all things.
Through Him - all things.
God says He is the beginning and the end, the First and the Last, the Alpha and the Omega.
I think some circularity with ultimate reality exists.
God is the ground of all being.
Faith and the response of His FAITHFULNESS is the central key to knowing the most vital truths.
It is a living Person.
