I don't understand. Are you saying those who are incapable have no purpose but those who are capable do? Why would procreation be a purpose at all?

No, but was willing to concede it may be a possible purpose for existence.

Well 'purpose' kind of implies intent which requires intelligence which essentially makes it subjective. I guess a 'creator' or 'causer' does get some special place in purposes, but that doesn't negate the possibility of other purposes. So your parents may have had you for a purpose but that doesn't stop you making up your own purpose or not even thinking about it too much.
What I don't see is how you can rationally say that the bee outside your window 'has a purpose' that is independent of what purpose you choose to assign to it and why would you choose 'reproduction'? Your statement suggested that reproduction was a possible inherent purpose not assigned by some intelligent entity.
