In the book of Genesis who walks in the garden and talks with Adam ? God
Where is this garden located? Earth

God has manifested Himself in various ways through out time where yes man
is seeing God. Maybe veiled from His full Glory and Spirit but never the less God.
The Pillar in the wilderness was a manifestation of God to give the Israelites comfort and to terrify their enemies. Also from Ezekiel 48:35

The city shall be 18,000 cubits round about; and the name of the city from that day shall be, 'The LORD is there.'"

The Lord is there Why? I guess it depends how you understand the scriptures but contrary to JW beliefs there will be a day were God dwells with man. The end of Revelation says God Himself will dwell with man and wipe every tear from the eyes.
It says from the Throne "Behold the tabernacle of God is amongst men" A tabernacle is a dwelling (Tent) think about it. Read these for yourself.

Why do JW's always use the term C.E. ? Serious question.

C.E., Common Era, is used by nearly all the theological circles and institutions that I know of. I don't claim to know them all nor do I know a thing about Roman Catholicism, which I would expect to hold on to its latin tags.

Walking was not literal. Adam never saw God in person and no scriptures show that. Gen 3:8 says the voice of God was walking in the Garden, not physical in any sense.
"No man may see God and live." Ex 33:20. EVER!!!!!! Such simple scriptures but you don't think about them.

The scriptures do not say contrary. Genesis says that God walked in the garden in the cool of the day. Also when Adam hid because he heard the sound of thee (God) walking in the garden? How could Adam hear this if it were not some type of manifestation of God?

8They heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.

9Then the LORD God called to the man, and said to him, "Where are you?"

10He said, "I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid myself."
