I think those two would love hanging out with each other. Two major world religions started up after them. How oftern would you run into another like yourself. Just a thought.
If they would have met during Jesus' lifetime, Buddha at that point would have been about 550 years old....a shriveled old man, perhaps something like a Yoda to Jesus' Luke Skywalker....
And then Buddha-Yoda might have said to Jesus-Luke...
"As you receive, so shall you give."
"Not judge, be ye lest judged."
"Poor are the blessed, kingdom is there's."
"Blessed are the cheesemakers."
and so on, at which point Jesus-Luke got to work translating from Buddha-Yoda-speak...
