The worst call of the evening was Bruce Springstain for a half time show.

I think you are all nuts!! The Boss put on a great energy filled show. I guess you have rather seen some punk ass like Vanilla Ice.

I'm a Sprinsteen fan, and I thought the first two songs were a poor choice--those songs play better where the acoustics are different than a football stadium. The end of the show was better.

The ref was part of the show, kirksey, but you knew that.

Born to Run was an automatic and I thought it sounded fine. With only 12 minutes, you can only do so much and there was no time for fluff. At least he didn't do Born in the USA.

Sure they would, afterall, they already stole the lyrics by lip syncing. Keep hanging onto those LPs Trevor, someday you might get your full $1.00 cover price back out of them. 😉

Agreed, except that it did not sound as good as it could and should. That is, it is hard to imagine him not singing "Born to Run," and 12 minutes is a tight show. "Glory Days" was done well and sounded good over the television.

Either Milli or Vanilli killed himself so they're definitely out.

How about Prince or Tom Petty? They were not bad. Britney isn't anything I'd be happy to see.

Niel Young, that would be sweet.

Did anyone watch the pregame show where Journey was playing in the parking lot? LOL.

It is unfortunate that, to appeal to the masses and to their target market, the NFL has to employ dated performers and irrelevant mummies to play their overplayed (s)hits. I would like to see something totally different and interesting one year - like a public execution or an orgy. Anyone know Roger Goodell's address? Time to write a letter...

Prince was really good. People forget what an incredible musician he is because he is so outrageous. Next year I look for something like T-Pain, Kanya West or Ying Yang Twins. It's a new world now, my brotha.
