Its a real paradox, one would think that with the money the teams are receiving and the players that are being brought into England that it would lift the game of the actual English team itself, as the standards are now supposedly higher, but this is simply not the case. I dont really know why, its just rather complicated. Why they also continually appoint foreign managers I have no idea.
