South Korea has knocked out Germany and Sweden defeated Mexico.

Wow! Germany out. Shocker!

Of course I want England to win but my backups are Japan and South Korea. All three have put in good performances. Japan beat Colombia.

South Korea now out. Played well against Germany though. Japan should go through. England already through so now officially having a better World Cup than Germany.

Looks like Germany just can’t win in Russia...

Germany lacked their usual energy, which was strange.

And Japan/Poland played out a game yesterday that was totally against the spirit of the competition.

Shame on them.

Aussies fail miserably . I've never seen so many chances with so little possibility of actually scoring.
Only consolation : bottming the group like Germany
Time to get on Spain 😀
