Yup. You do know only about 15-20% of SA youth plays or has access to rugby fields, training and gear, right? Once we start tapping seriously at grassroots we will surely be unstoppable.

I do recall the ABs through the late 70s donating hundreds of rugby balls to aspirants in Soweto who were not allowed to play at the local whites only club. Made huge tv coverage around the world, Graeme Mourie and co spent a lot of time there.. I think is was Andy Dalton or Stu Wilson saying they went back and saw how things had changed. I guess that's water under the bridge now and the current ABs are asking for the balls back as they've lost theirs lol.
