Why the hell didn't you tell people to MESSAGE you if they wanted to join? It's completely ridiculous to set up a thread like this and then try to co-opt everyone who comments on whether your idea is a good one or not. This isn't an auction house where the slightest twitch is taken to be a bid.
How do you plan on getting people to participate anyway? You need at least one person in each match who actually wants to be involved, and even if that happens (small miracle judging by the list you've developed so far) chances are half the games will be deleted in the first couple of moves.
I think it IS possible for you set up a 'tournament' amongst people if you want to, but this is definitely not the way to go about it.

But people are stingy that way. Easy to buy 2000 dollor computer, but 20 dollors strain your budget.

yes, agreed that there is a better way to set up a non-subscriber tourney. Also, feel that 30 bucks is not a whole lot to offer to get full privilages. But you also have to remember that some people aren't in the same situations that you and I are in. Don't be a jerk to him.... he just wants some competiton thats it.
