The only thing that matters is that the tournament sponsor (Arrakis) accepts Suzianne's entry into the tournament. Whether or not Arrakis asks for evidence is entirely between Arrakis and the participants.

Probably as soon as we get enough people. We need around 40+ people for two tournaments. If we don't get enough people for two tournaments we'll have to play just one tournament with two prizes. Therefore, the tournament will probably stay open for a few weeks to get them.
