If you look through the tournaments you will see that one particular person is often in the only game that all the tourneys are waiting for.
He is currently delaying the completion of at least ten that I can see after a brief look.
In the games he is playing me, he seems to be making little effort to bring the game to a conclusion, although being in more or less a winning position.
