we obviously should not discuss games in progress ...
but: Tournament 414
after looking at the games and anything else we value;
what odds do we give the participants?
after a quick look i guess;

Otherwise I think the rating points should be a good indicator of strength.
One could have some weighing if one looks up who was beaten by whom previously.
But after all surprises happen. So I won't venture any bet.
