Hi- I am a newbie with 4 games played and not a subscriber. Can I play in tournaments?

Yes, since the eople evidently didn't look up the FAQ and one cannot go around and lead everybody to it. But feel free to send these people friendly messages guiding them to the FAQ.

And be sure that some will take offence in using the famous RTFM, since they are not used toe kind of environment 🙂
