@Very-Rusty I do remember the old days and I remember how much crap Plante got when he went to the mask. Remember when he used to draw the stitches on it for where he would have had stitches on his face if he didn't have the mask?
Yes indeed I do remember all the flack he took and remember he would put the marks on the mask, it would still hurt like hell but at least he didn't get cut that I can recall once he put the mask on. It was in a game and he held it up because he wasn't going back out after receiving a number of stitches in a game, don't recall who it was against. He did revolutionize the game for sure.
I also remember when Gump Worsley retired as he was afraid to fly but was ok not wearing a mask with pucks coming at him around 100 miles an hour at that time, now they can shot even harder with those Flex sticks that break if you touch them a bit and someone winds up with a penalty for breaking the stick. You can see them shatter sometimes on a slap shot so they do break easily.

@Very-Rusty Well if you've won more than 647, you've got me beat. (647 is the current number. It's grown by 15 so far this year.) I thought I might be the only one who kept track so I'd love to know how many you've won.
I really couldn't tell you how many but my total games are in my profile. I can tell you I have had 2 1rst place finishes with Breaking Bad and I will never forget the 7 in a row with Metallica plus other wins. Trust me when I say I have had more than my share of first place finishes.
Just look at my Profile as you told me to do with your age, and you will see how many total games I've won and even moves that I've made, my better half says I am addicted but it is a good addiction. 😉

The profiles on this site do not count the number of championships, just wins. I thought from your statement that you knew how many tournaments you had won.

They know I know many others know, and so do you I am sure!!! 😉 I am sure if I were to guestimate it would be around 12 1rst place finishes and a lot of second place finishes. Now it could be a few more 1rst place finishes I am not sure to be honest. I know I have won more than my fair share as many who have been here for the last 20 years would know.

EDIT: I know my personal Clan challenge wins is over 2400 for sure!!! appears I have over 1600 with Metallica and 800 plus with Breaking bad and I believe at least a game left to complete in Breaking Bad which I will try to win out of principle. So that would be over 2400 Clan Challenge games won! Not too shabby!
