I actually asked clan leaders what they thought not all obviously. Most gave me the same answer "we just want to play chess and use the rules we knew existed before starting and playing for a clan"
Great advice the vast majority are happy and just want to play chess.

You on the other hand belittle other clans and put off potential clan players and subs. A newbie reading your negativity would not part with money for a site that is rubbish.

Under the current points situation the total points is meaningless because you cannot tell where they came from
It encourages one and two man challenges because of the negative points
It encourages sandbagging to finish challenges early
To think how everybody hounded McTayto for doing the same thing

My last as well.
Its easy to see where the points come from. Clans know what they will win or lose at the start of every single challenge plus there is a leaderboard showing results.
Russ even went as far as offering different default setting although net points voted for by the clan leaders is the main one.

No one has tried to address why the challenges are down and smaller.
200 rating barrier
3 challenge limit are the reasons. They should be abolished ....back to the honour system
That was my site idea but after doing research with some clan leaders...very few were interested.
Challenges are down changing how points are awarded will not wave a magic wand and make any difference for how many games are played.

You currently play over 200 some players dont have the time for that. Normally the higher the rating the fewer games they play a few exeptions.

Mctayto did not get hounded out.
He got banned from clan activity for CHEATING.
Personally i woukd not have banned him just removed points he gave away( which was also done)
Each clan leader has their own agenda on here. Me and many many others dont give a toss who wins or the size of a challenge or how many.

Read the comment by russ in site ideas in reply to a post.
Basically saying post an idea then get on with your life.
Not in reply to your idea well perhaps if russ posted what he thought of your idea he might need to forum ban himself.

Hey, I'm just getting started.

Under the current points situation the total points is meaningless as the net points are the all important.

The only sandbaggers left these days are the disgruntled pair of yourself and the Lemon.

Everybody hounded McGayo as he was a lying cheating coward. Simple as that
