First of all I don't have any out of date beer, all my beer is home made with the loving care and attention of a master brewer. It comes on tap from my own personal kegerator which I built from a converted freezer simply bypassing the systems own thermostat and installing my own temperature controller, an STC-1000. Its fiited with two Corney keggs and a Co2 bottle and has a tower with twin serving taps. On tap I have a clone of Timothy Taylor an English style bitter made with legendary Scottish spring grown barley and a clone of a German lager, Dortmund export made with German Pilsner malt, they are both delicious, light, crisp and refreshing. I may make a special victory Ale for when the Easy Riders are crowned Chess Kings of the Internet, in December.
