Here's an easy one, but I just finished watching the movie.
John: Is this Heaven?
Ray: No, it's Iowa.
John: Huh, I could have sworn it was Heaven.
Ray: Is there a Heaven?
John: Oh yes, it's a place where all your dreams come true.
Ray: Well, maybe this is Heaven afterall.

It's been a while since I saw it, but it sounds like it could be from "Field of Dreams". For some reason I picture "Shoeless Joe" being in on that one.
Here's one along the same lines:
"Am I still in this world?"
"Yes, Grandfather."
"I was afraid of that. Well, sometimes the magic works, sometimes it does not."

The "Is this Heaven?" line is quoted twice in the movie. Once at the beginning with Shoeless Joe. When the response is "No. It's Iowa" he runs off into the cornfield. This longer quote is from the end of the movie when Ray is playing catch with his dad.

Low and away.
Here's another one from the same film:
"Sure, I'm white. Didn't you hear me say, 'God bless George Washington. God bless my mother.'? I mean, now what kind of Indian would say a fool thing like that?"
