I felt the general standard of writing here (with one notable exception) was higher than in the Satanic section.

1 - 5pts - Breakdown at Tiffany's. Excellent. Writing in the second person is jarringly effective here.
2 - 3pts - Shadows. Very well written, and rather unsettling to say the least.
3 - 2pts - The Story of Extanus. A good yarn, well told.

1. Hope. Fantastic and very funny, "two years training with the Farringdon Fox-Tooth Dojo".
2. Shadows, a good read even without the hook at the end.
3. The Story of Extanus, well written.

1. My Surrender (I love BIG CATS!)
2. Shadows (I still see the strange things in the dark)
3. Breakdown at Tiff's (Well written, but I didn't do it!!) 😉

Good stuff, all! Hard to pick just 3 let alone one as best.
