We had a great time in Madison Wisconsin. My sisters sent pictures from Tucson Arizona. Its a great day to be an American. I might even put my flag back up here one of these days. It flies in front of my house every day.

15,000 or so attendees, East 22nd Street along the southern edge of Reid Park, stretching from South Alvernon Way to South Country Club Road.
There is literally nothing more American than protesting for more rights for everyone. The whole point of America was a place where everyone was welcome - sex, gender, nationality, race, religion, everyone. I think we forget that sometimes.
I would think you would be proud of your fellow citizens for taking their own time to take an afternoon to invest in our country.
Take the politics out of it just for a minute. Our politics differ - so be it, diversity is our strength. Just look at the energy. It's a great day to be an American.

Clearly I am not lame. Also I have an amazing life as my friends, neighbors, kids, family etc would tell you. Many careers and many travels. Fortunes gained and lost and gained. So what if I have liberal (or socialistic) instincts? How does that make me the enemy?
Why bother even posting this? Maybe it's time to be a better American and understand how this country was built. It wasn't by mindlessly mocking anyone who doesn't look like or think like you.
