So yeah, they arrange to catch a bus. The protests are about national issues, not the misdeeds of a local dogcatcher. Towns and cities are the logical places to hold protests. You don't seem to understand in the least what a protest is about. The rallies happen for a day, usually, but it's how the like-minded can meet, network, exchange ideas, and coordinate. This has been how protests have worked since time immemorial. Should we be surprised that you don't grok how ordinary people want to come together in common cause, and are not content to stay isolated from one another and let the fascists stomp on everything they care about? Of course not. You've lost your humanity.

There was a LOT of energy! Lots of clever signage - the majority hand-made, but some had printed “Hands Off” signs. Don’t know where they got them.
People are truly pissed, but positive and determined as well. Many young people. 😂
