You clueless people told me a few months ago that no one is pushing for illegal aliens to vote in our country, for non citizens to vote in our country.
So here I am, once again, trying to keep you fellers up with what is going on.
Geez. You are aligning yourself with alien invaders, wanting them to assist in your goal of socialism. Makes one wonder what YOU are up to.
But you are NOT clueless, are you. You are all in on it.

@no1marauder saidIDIOT
Of course, they voted for no such thing as even a gullible fool should know.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidYou're the fiddle here mott. House Republicans are playing you.
IDIOT
There is a real immigration bill though. Caps asylum requests. Increase funding for border enforcement and expedited deportation. No1marauder hates it. Republicans don't even want to discuss.
You the fiddle.
@AverageJoe1 saidThe same article points out the cases of non citizens voting is RARE and generally not intentional. The penalties are very stiff. Requiring proof of citizenship is just a GOP effort to limit voting. From the same article you posted, "...millions of Americans don’t have easy access to up-to-date documentary proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate, naturalization certificate or passport, and therefore the bill could inhibit U.S. citizen voters who aren’t able to further prove their status."

Dems do want all who qualify to vote be able to vote without restrictions that will prevent people from casting a legitimate ballot.

That's right Joe - YOU will be assimilated. Resistance is futile! 😲
@Phranny saidNever mind that it would also invalidate the present election laws in all 50 States; so much for that "leave it to the States' BS.

@no1marauder saidThought I'd made it clear. So here is another link, your favorite medium.
Of course, they voted for no such thing as even a gullible fool should know.
The bill is to stop the possiblity that a non-citizen can vote in our elections. You will certainly enjoy reading this, I have to step out, but nothing for me to add.
I gotta ask you, why do you continue to harp on such impt matters, taking the contrarian approach of course, when we all know full well that if your Kiwanis Club or your wife's garden Club were taking some vote, that you would NOT let a person come in off the street and vote?
WHY WHY won't you answer this question honestly????
THE LINK: There are hundreds.

@Phranny saidNote that Phranny and Marauder will not just come right out and say that non-citizens should never be allowed to vote in USA federal elections. A yes or no question, isnt it. But libs shuffle cards during the middle of a game. Phranny wrote a bunch of stuff, I don't know what it says, but it is irrelevant to the ONE question, is it not?

Neither will suck it up and respond
@AverageJoe1 saidNon-citizens are already barred from voting in Federal elections so if that was all the bill did it's a pointless waste of time.

But it's real goal is to reduce voter turnout by making eligible citizens jump through hoops that the States feel are completely unnecessary.
@no1marauder saidAhhh, but the question, from AJOe to Marauder........................

Can there ever be a situation where people who are NOT full fledged citizens of the United States of America.....VOTE in a federal election, or if not a citizen of a local municipality, vote in the municipality elections?
Please do not call this legitimae question a waste of time, but it you do, you could actually answer the question in the time it would take you to type 'waste of time'.
It is just a yes or no.
@AverageJoe1 saidNo, not legally in Federal elections.

Don't know about every municipality in the US, but it's none of Congress' business who a municipality allows to vote in their local elections.
@AverageJoe1 saidWaste of time,as usual.
