Sports leagues have been adapting and adjusting to cheating ever since they existed. Athletes have used lots of different cheating tactics that have shifted based on available medical interventions, resulting in new rules changes by leagues. Let them (the various sports leagues) figure out how to maintain competitive balance, and then let the athletes decide if they want to compete in those leagues. If transgender athletes are allowed in some events, and leagues refuse to allow XX female-only competition, I am sure there's a market for a league in which chromosomes and hormone levels are tested regularly.

I can't possibly get through to you on this, because you have zero empathy for what this must be like, to be a man in a woman's body, or a woman in a man's body. Untreated and unhelped, the likely outcome for most people in this situation is suicide. But you can sit there and tell that woman in a man's body that they are a man, when that woman knows herself that is just not true.
