But that's the joke; he's not being compensated for the leak that happened during his administration. None of this fund is allowed to go to him personally.

REALLY? You forgot about the resurgence of measles? And now maybe Hantavirus and in Africa Ebola has killed 65 people before authorities even knew it was happening and it WILL get worse and it CAN end up in the US and if it does god help us, since the CDC has been GUTTED of top medical experts who are now GONE and Trump pulled out of WHO, world Health organization we have no defense for the next pandemic.
