Why don't you and Joe get a room?

The question stands; it doesn't make any sense at all to call the US a "racial dictatorship". Just because Fox News tells you gullible fools that this is some sort of revelation doesn't mean it anything but an idiot telling other idiots what to think.

Only in America.

By the sound of it, the US is becoming a dictatorship of white trailer moronity.

Can't even be a janitor unless you submit a "commitment to diversity" letter.
THAT'S being a racial dictatorship.

They can Fire a racist white supremacist for his feelings about a certain race, or maybe a North Korean customer?? What if I work at a bakery and will not bake a cake for a Japanese person, their ancestors killed mine. I am anti-japanese. I am not being funny here, is that a firing offense.
If you work for me and hate catholics, can I fire you for that? Just asking' here, may be a tough one.
If your prejudice impedes or prevents you from serving a businesses' customers, then I think the business should be able to dismiss you. For example, refusing to serve a customer whose race you do not like, or refusing to provide services to someone you see wearing clothing or jewelry that denotes their religion and you do not like that religion or refusing service because an individual appears to not be heteroxexual, etc. Government cannot legislate that you love your neighbor, but it should be able to protect your neighbor from discrimination in housing, employment, education, access to health care and access to goods and services.

Haha you're gay.

Without straight people y'all would go extinct. Fact.
So how about heterosexual men and women who are infertile? Should we persecute them?

I agree of course, but it begs this question.
Kroger just paid a settlement after firing persons who refused to wear Gay Pride pins at work. Phranny, tell us where this stops. Tell us of the 100 other pins that many of us, including you, Phranny, would refuse to wear at work.
What if Shav's employer can force him to wear a pin that says Jesus is Lord. The court has decided in effect that Kroger can MAKE Shav wear a religious pin, when he says he is an atheist.
I could rail on but can you answer this question straight out? And I applaud your well-written post here.

He said that people will lose their house for talking about basic racial differences. What does that mean? Is he talking about a real person? An analogy?

Open up, Marauder. See my post here, the court has dictated to Kroger that they can require an employee to support Gay Pride.
Can you give us your thoughts on that? Can they tell me to wear a pin that says Atheism Rules?
