That comment is her way to avoid picking policies before the election.

That comment means that woke policies have some crazy outlandish proposals and implementations and AOC did say that but no Democrats have even begun to admit what parts were crazy.

If no Democrats are willing to actually say what parts were in fact crazy, they will lose again because it's their way to avoid being specific.

If they are not willing to admit what parts were crazy then they are just buying time and hoping people believe them when they say woke was a bit crazy.
