I doesn't have to be unfair though. Why do you have to accept the way it is? This kind of view would have stopped humans moving out of the Stone Age.
Humans endeveour to find some sense of progress in their lives- that is why we now have all the things we do.
Sitting back and saying, "this is the way it is, and always will be" is patently absurd.
The fact that a segment of humans are evil mo-fo's and have to be dealt with can be accepted or denied .. your choice.
The fact that the US and GB have decided to take on a segment of this evil can be supported, denied or fought against .. your choice.
Denying evil must be confronted is ... cowardice.

People should be free nt just from physical force, but from economic forces.
You stand still and I'll bat you in the face with a 2x4 (again).
That is what we call physical force, and it is physical force in all it's variations (including threats) that is the prime evil.
Capitalism:
You have something of value (eg your time, skills, something that represents value - like money, or an old bicycle in the back shed you don't ride anymore)
I have something of value.
We get together to discuss a trade...a voluntary trade, free from force and threats of force. If we do not reach an agreement, we go our separate ways. Occasionally we make mistakes but generally such trades are to our mutual benefit otherwise we would not do them. Or to put it another way each of us has exploited a certain need of the other party.
My employer exploits me and I exploit my employer, it's not a bad thing, in fact it's great, and if I had no employer exploiting me now, I would seek one out first thing tomorrow morning.
hoorah for capitalism.
Free people aren't equal.
Equal people aren't free.
Socialists wont be happy until we're all equal - equally in the gutter that is.

The voluntary trade that you talk about is actually closer to communism then capitalism- people trading with each other for what they need, in mutually beneficial ways. This can not happen if people are unequal to start off with as someone, for example, might desperately need money, so sell goods at a lower prices than they would like to.
You don't explpoit your employer, as you aren't being paid more than the value of the goods you produce- you are being paid less- this is the only way for your employer to become wealthy.
Equality is freedom and liberty- the american and western interpretation of liberty and freedom is a corrupted capitalist one.
There is no good reason why people shouldn't be successful through equality, unless in fact there isn't equality there. In the USSR there was the better off class of people in the Communist Party itself. Lessons could be learnt from the Soviet Union. The way to improve socialism is to take on board those lessons and try again. Just because the USSR fell, that doesn't make socialism null and void. Capitalism has failed in South America- which is beginnning to realise socialism is the way forwards.

It appears that the Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez is considering a proposal that would establish him as the high priest of his own form of evangelical Christianity, convert his cabinet members into bishops of a lower rank, and submit church activities to the civil and military power of his government.
