Seems to this foreigner that all the irrational posters attack Obama. Does this mean the Republicans have always got everything right? Is there a Democrat equivalent for the Tea Party?

Nope, quite a few irrational left-winger here as well. Neither side has a monopoly on them. It does seem like on this forum the right-wing fringe is a lot more vocal than the reasonable right-wingers.

What we have here in the good ol' US of A. is a false paradigm called right left. A Democrat is the same as a Republican plus or minus a gay right or two and some abortion concerns. Both parties work for the big money corporations and care little what their constituents desire. This has been set up this way to give people the feeling that they have choice. Also gives people something to take sides on and be part of a team. As far as attacking Obama, rest assured his replacement is going to be hand picked by the same people that picked Obama. No sense in worrying about that. It is easy to see why people don't like Obama as president anymore. He flat out lied about everything in his first campaign and pushed to socialize this country faster than people can ignore. All this and him being a foreigner to boot have a lot of people sick of him.

Google "occupy wall street" (assuming they're still around).

In an insane world a sane man must surely appear insane.

Most of the Western World gets raised in a Nanny State where people are brain washed in leftist government schools. It is really very sad and their policies result in horrible economies that people simply believe is the way things must be.

Sad, very sad.

Like the ones in most of Europe. Sure, you can point at rich nations like Norway and such, just as you can point to rich states in the US, but overall economies like France and Spain are horrible.

All economies are horrible by their nature, but sane people will always try to ameliorate the ugly face of capitalism whilst the loony right demand a return to serfdom.

The evidence is easy to come by. I couldn't say for sure about the moon landing stuff, but the birth certificate was fake. Look into it for yourself. There is other evidence as well if you are interested in it. There is a lot of garbage out there with the moon landing stuff, and the only reason I am not sure on that one is because of the number of photos taken vs the total amount of time spent on the moon. I mention this because if you are interested in that then you can sift past the garbage a little quicker and get to heart of the matter. You are interested aren't you? Of course you could just be trying a character attack. I give you benefit of the doubt. Look it up.

Obviously, logically, neither party has ever gotten everything completely right, otherwise we would not cycle through them both again and again and again. What happens is that after enough terms in control, eventually they all louse it up and have to be replaced. An interesting political trivia question would be just how many successive Presidential terms have been controlled by a party (longest stretch of elections) before they are replaced.

A call to escape serfdom from a person who believes the answer to our problems is to take away individual rights and hand them to the government. Total government control of our lives sounds a lot like Feudalism to me.
