360 disputable votes out of 2,089,563 represents 0.0172%, well within tolerance for any election and no reason to claim that the result is invalid.

That is a change of votes. They didn't count right and the only reason it was caught and corrected is because the election there was disputed. If it wasn't disputed biden would have had 99 less votes counted than what he really got and nobody would have known about it.
