Thinking he was cheated and believing doesn't make him a liar when he says so, if he knew for a fact he was not cheated and saying so would make him a liar. That does not compare to taking in millions of dollars through Hunter from different countries and lying about knowing you are lying. Biden's entire political life he has been a liar that is well documented, even the American press has caught him and said as much, well at least before the press became the mouthpiece of the DNC.
