@AverageJoe1 saidWere any of them tasked by the President with reforming the government after using $250 million to get said President elected?
If you follow that logic, all of the rich social bureaucratic Marxist in California are oligarchs. And supporters of Biden, who has said we should be warned about them….they, who are oligarchs.
So you are not really making a point. Except that Oligarchs are a lot of rich people in this country. But that does not even get close to touching on my point of this post.
Take another stab!
@no1marauder saidI don’t know. Why be cynical. Ask it straight. Are you saying the rich people gave 250 million to Trump and that now he is asking them to reform the government?

@AverageJoe1 saidI'm saying Elon Musk gave $250 million to help Trump get elected https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/elections/2024/12/06/elon-musk-donald-trump-campaign-250-million/76819023007/

and that Trump has tasked him to reform the government.
Do you deny either?
@no1marauder saidHell , I gave him thousands, and you know people who gave him more than I did.

Are you saying that 250M should not be allowed? Did Soros give Biden several hundred million dollars himself? You won’t answer that particular sentence that I just wrote but I do not see what your problem is with people giving money to people that are running for office which they are interested in. I just don’t get this post. Sorry. You are falling apart sometimes.

@AverageJoe1 saidPlease. Can you possibly nail down what you are trying to say. Liberals dance around issues cause they don’t really know how to just say what they’re thinking, and following with the answer to what they are saying.

@AverageJoe1
He was talking about the influence Musk, Bezos, Blackrock and the ultra rich have attained. It was a direct comparison to the oligarchy in Russia. It was sad to see Biden use his last address to basically campaign for the next election already instead of leaving office with messages of hope and unity. Just more division.
It's a bit rich, too, since the ultra rich have always had an outsized influence on both political parties. It's just being put into the public spotlight more these days since Americans are in love with celebrity.

@uzless saidThe problem is that such libs will make a statement of their discontent, what is wrong with America. Forget that Biden assaulted democracy with, for example, his tuition dictate, and his weaponizing the DOJ, such as that.

Like, this post is about the effect of wealthy people, but does mention the evil Soros. Worse, it is a wasted post……why? Because he does not suggest a way 🤔 to make it where the rich have no influence.
Nor does he say who would instead be more suited to influence the world around us.
So, I myself didn’t get anything from the post.
One comedic slant, you are right about Dems have equal rich guys…..they gave Camelagirl over a billion dollars, trump was only able to raise 500 million,
@AverageJoe1 saidYu acknowledge that politicians reform government according to the wishes of the elite donors to their campaign, but you don't see anything wrong with that?

is a lie the left has created to attack Trump
That is not Musks task
Trump was ELECTED to reform the govt.
@no1marauder saidTrump tasked Musk to be an advisor. Nothing more.

@Metal-Brain saidHe tasked, him in the Donald's words, of overseeing "large scale structural reform" of the US government.

@Kewpie saidThis post, an example of unsubstantiated statements. We all know they Trump, like him or not ( I myself have used his bankruptcy tactics) is a WHOLE lot smarter than a 4 year old.
What's the point of reforming the government, when your system puts the power to destroy it in the hands of a power-hungry four-year-old?
He is so smart that he predicted about 40 years ago he would be president.; see link.
You libs best get the picture, and, catch train 47!!!!!!
@wildgrass saidYeah, the edict of Trump……reform the govt! So, you like it like it is??? Hardly worth ridiculing you about, I myself am looking to 12:00 Monday……thank God Almighty.

@no1marauder saidWell, it needs overseeing. Who better,,,the consummate genius businessman. Are you so daft? Give it up, come down off your high horse..
