We've covered this at least a dozen times and I'm sick of explaining to a low grade moron like yourself.

Anyone with any knowledge of the law knows that the SCOTUS striking down a program because it doesn't comply with statute A doesn't mean a similar program might not be valid under statute B. That is exactly what happened; the SCOTUS has never said that any and all forgiveness of student loan debt is against the law.

I'm not wasting further time on this; forgiveness of certain student loan debt is specifically authorized by laws passed by Congress. The dispute was how much authority was given to the Executive Branch by statute A, not whether the authority exists at all. In point of fact, student loan debt forgiveness isn't spending at all.

I would guess I have explained this you several dozen times already.
